Return of Goods Policy
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
Items damaged, defective, or showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.​
How to Return an Item
Contact our Customer Service team at info@axestoashes.com to request a returns authorization.
Securely package the item(s) and include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).
Return items via Recorded Delivery, for which you are responsible for the postage and packaging costs.
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
